How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost depends on the destination, packed weight and dimensions, order quantity and transport method. Please send the model, quantity, country and postal code so we can check suitable options. Ask us to clarify the delivery terms and whether import duties, taxes and local charges are included in your quotation before ordering.

How are packaging machines prepared for shipping?
We use export packaging for our machines and materials. Packing requirements depend on the model, order size and transport method. Tell us your destination and any special handling requirements when requesting a quotation so we can confirm suitable packing and shipping options before you order.

What is the product warranty?
The XMFP10 paper void fill machine is listed with a 1-year warranty. For your selected model, please confirm the warranty period, coverage, wear parts and service procedure in the quotation before ordering. For a support request, send the model, order details and a description or video of the issue so our team can assess the next steps.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 15-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
